Mary Jones, LPC
White Fields Executive Director
Mary Jones, a licensed professional counselor, has been working with Oklahoma children and families since 1990. A passionate children’s advocate, Jones brings a substantial 17 years of experience to her role as executive director of White Fields.
“White Fields is a groundbreaking concept for the social services community,” said Jones. “I fully support its core belief that children need strong, long-term bonds with their caretakers. I believe that through the development of hope, a good support network and positive social skills, these children can begin to undergo transformations that will set their lives on improved paths and hopefully make a difference for future generations.”
Working closely with DHS to coordinate a continuum of care for permanent custody youth, Jones is also networking with public schools, churches and civic organizations to make available a complete range of necessary services.
Jones serves on the board of Oklahoma Care, a network of agencies working together to provide quality care to troubled children and their families.
