Houseparent Couple
A White Fields houseparent couple will live in a cottage and provide a therapeutic environment for up to eight resident boys between the ages of 8 and 18. This couple will serve as a team providing daily supervision and care. Couple will teach life skills, maintain cottage appearance, manage all aspects of meal preparation and sustain an emotionally stable environment for the boys. Must be able to deal effectively with behavior extremes and adhere to high standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene, appearance and values.

Youth Guidance Specialist
The lead youth guidance specialist will provide a structured treatment program for a specific group of boys. This position will also provide basic living and social skills training in conjunction with each resident's treatment plan and supervise and provide training to youth guidance specialists. Candidates with a bachelor's degree and at least two years experience in residential childcare or related children's services fields are preferred. Four years of related work experience may be substituted for a degree.
